THREAD COLORS
Thread colors shown are computer simulations and represent the closest available Pantone® Matching System color under cool white fluorescent lighting (4100° K) that have been cross-referenced. While every effort has been made to match the actual thread color, we cannot promise it is exact. Please email us at hello@mary-mack.com for more information regarding thread samples. Pantone® is Pantone LLC’s check-standard trademark for color reproduction and color reproduction materials.
PRODUCTS
Every effort is made to display the products on the site as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and their capabilities and limitations, we make no guarantee of the accuracy of any color, texture or detail of any actual item. And, while every attempt is made to provide you with the most accurate sizing information, product that are hand cut and made to order, size variances can occur. If you have any questions about a particular color, fabric, embroidery design or size of item, please contact us prior to ordering.
OWNERSHIP
Your custom monogram, illustration or other custom item that has been digitized for embroidery is exclusive to you. The file will be kept by Mary Mack and will be made available to you for embroidery on other Mary Mack items at your convenience.
MISCELLANEOUS
We reserve the right to terminate your access to this site if you violate any agreement you may have with us or with the terms and condition or if you engage or have engaged in any conduct which may violate applicable law or be harmful to us or our property or the property of any third party.
