As much as I would love to be Mary Mack, I am not. Mary Mack Grass Callaway was my grandmother on my father’s side whom I adored and for whom the company is named.

The chinoiserie style logo incorporates elements that represent the East Asian origins of embroidery but most importantly, meaningful elements from my grandmother’s yard – camellias, satsumas and two pink flamingos from the 1950s that were ever present in her flower beds.

We love quality and love to use the finest linen, cotton and cotton piqué for our embroidery using true matte, wool, cotton and metallic threads all of which can be laundered so your items continue to look mighty pretty even after many washes and use.

We love working with clients and would love to help you create some mighty pretty things of your own. However, some items may not be suitable for Mary Mack embroidery. But if you have something in mind, drop us a mail at hello@mary-mack.com. We are always happy to consider.

The ability to take original designs, whether artwork or simply a penned name, and create a stitch file that can run on the embroidery machine makes us very happy. We use old school techniques and state of the art software so even the tiniest of detail is not missed. The cost begins at $85 and includes stitch and thread samples of your design.

Of course! We are happy to provide you a digital proof so you may see your monogram and the thread color you are considering. And while
every effort has been made to match the actual thread color, we cannot promise it to be exact as monitors display differently. Please note, fees do apply.

If a design has been digitized for you, a stitch sample along with thread options and embroidery and product costs will be shipped to you. Once received, we will schedule a call to discuss. Your embroidery file is exclusive to you and will be saved so you may use on Mary Mack items at your convenience.

Of course not! If you prefer to place your order by phone, you are most welcome to do so. Please drop us a mail at hello@mary-mack.com and we will be happy to give you a call to chat about the items you are considering. An electronic invoice will be sent to your email so you may pay online.

We certainly hope your will love your embroidered items. However, if for any reason you are not happy, please do drop us a note at hello@mary-mack.com. We certainly wish to hear your concerns. As monogrammed items are personal to you, sadly they are NOT returnable. So please take time in making sure names are spelled correctly, initials are in their proper order and the item color is sure to make you smile.
