We certainly hope your will love your embroidered items. However, if for any reason you are not happy, please do drop us a note at hello@mary-mack.com. We certainly wish to hear your concerns. As monogrammed items are personal to you, sadly they are NOT returnable. So please take time in making sure names are spelled correctly, initials are in their proper order and the item color is sure to make you smile.
